Big News for the Riding Community 🚨
We’re proud to announce that Jakob’s Legacy Medical Boxes are being added to the trails at Hillbilly Trails in Pike County, KY.
In partnership with Clif, we are installing three new medical boxes to help support and protect the outdoor and SXS riding community. This is another step forward in our mission to keep riders safer and ensure help is always within reach when it’s needed most.
Jakob’s Legacy continues to grow, and we’re honored to expand into new areas that mean so much to riders and families alike.

NOV 2025- Tecumseh Trails are moving on to a New Location at Smoke Rise Ranch and Resort. The boxes currently installed will be moved to the new location.

Two additional Medical Boxes and Supplies will be placed at Rush Off-road Rush KY June 12-16. Ride to install two new boxes at the Playground and Three Pole. Jake's Dad will be leading this ride - Jon Forrest
Aug 9th Cabwaylingo WV trailhead going to see another medical box and honor my son Jake Forrest . Come on down stay at the Cabwaylingo state park cabin!
June 27th-29th Hatfield McCoy trails here we come! Plan to restock the medical boxes.
